All software offered by NAIF is described on and available from the
Toolkit and Utilities pages within this web site. From those pages one can access the various Toolkit packages and also all SPICE utility programs, some of which are NOT included in Toolkit packages.
Some additional codes are occasionally available as alpha-test
items or specialty items that don't belong in the generic SPICE
Toolkit. These are announced using the "spice_announce" Mailman service, and also on the Announcements page of this website. Contact NAIF if you have
questions.
Some third parties are now offering additional interfaces to an underlying SPICE Toolkit; Python and Ruby are two examples. You can find information about some of these offerings on this Links page.
