Abstract


   CSPICE_J1950 returns the value for the Julian Date of
   1950 JAN 01 00:00:00 (1950 JAN 1.0).

   Given:

      No input required.

   the call:

      j1950 = cspice_j1950

   returns:

      j1950   the value 2433282.5, the Julian Date corresponding to
              1950 JAN 01 00:00:00 (1950 JAN 1.0).

              [1,1] = size(j1950); double = class(j1950)
