[Spice_announce] Alpha-test Opportunity for a Web Interface to SPICE

NAIF is experimenting with a web-based GUI interface to SPICE. An alpha-test Version will be made available in the Fall of 2012 to those interested in seeing how it works and providing feedback to the developers.
