[Spice_announce] open seats at the upcoming June 6-8, 2023 SPICE class at ASU, Tempe, Az

NAIF announces that there are still a few open seats available at the 
next SPICE training class that will take place at Arizona State 
University, Tempe, Az on June 6-8, 2023. This will be a traditional 
beginner's SPICE class with the agenda similar to the last class in 
October 2022:

Seats at the class are available to anybody who is interested on "first 
come, first served" basis until they fill up. As all previous SPICE 
classes, this class is free but students are responsible for their 
travel expenses.
