[Spice_announce] New SPICE Tutorials and Lessons are Available

NAIF conducted its annual domestic SPICE training class near Pasadena 
on May 15-17. Thirty-three students were in attendance from around 
the U.S. and abroad.

To prepare for the class NAIF staff made many updates to the previous 
set of tutorials, added some new tutorials, updated the previous 
lessons and added some new lessons.

All of the updated and new tutorials and lessons are now available 
from the NAIF website.

If you have been maintaining a copy of the tutorials on your local 
computer for reference purposes please delete those and download the 
current set.
