[Spice_announce] Dropping HP/HP-UX support for SPICE

Colleagues-

Recent hardware failures have prompted the NAIF Team to plan on 
discontinuing SPICE support for the HP/HP-UX environment before the 
next Toolkit release, Version N59, which will probably take place in 
the Fall time frame (Oct - Dec 2005). This decision will be made no 
later than July 12, 2005.

If you have a serious objection to this plan, please advise 
immediately by answering this announcement.
