[Spice_discussion] SpiceyPy v6.0.0 has been released

SpiceyPy v6.0.0 has been released and is available on PyPI and conda-forge.

Users are encouraged to update to this latest version to avoid important bugs in sphlat, tkfram, and private zzdynrot (now deprecated) functions.

Also note that official support for Python 3.6 and 3.7 has been dropped as per the EOL for those versions of Python since the last release. It may be still possible to install the latest version of SpiceyPy to those versions of Python, but support is not guaranteed.

Finally, the current documentation page is not rendering correctly due to issues upstream. I hope those issues will be resolved in the next few weeks, so until then you may also use the documentation page for v5.1.2 for mostly-up-to-date information.
