Production/History of this SCLK file
--------------------------------------------------------

   The IM-2 SCLK had an initial partition at about 2025 Feb 27
   11:51:11.851 UTC. The clock had subsequent updates in cruise,
   leaving offsets of ~70-80 ms, with a final post-landing correction
   reducing the error to <5 ms. This SCLK had an error "corridor" of
   ~20 ms.

Usage
--------------------------------------------------------

   This file and an appropriate leap seconds kernel (LSK) must be
   loaded into the user's program by a call to the FURNSH subroutine:

      CALL FURNSH ( 'file_name' )    -- FORTRAN
      furnsh_c ( "file_name" );      -- C
      cspice_furnsh, 'file_name'     -- IDL
      cspice_furnsh( 'file_name' )   -- MATLAB

   in order to use the SPICELIB SCLK family of subroutines to convert
   spacecraft on-board clock to ET and vice versa.


SCLK Format
--------------------------------------------------------

   This SCLK has two fields -- seconds and subseconds defined by the
   clock tick rate. The clock used 32-bit seconds and 16-bit subseconds.

      SSSSSSSSSS -- count of on-board seconds

      FFFFF   -- count of fractional seconds
