Orientation constants for comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko

     The rotational constants below are from page 5 of [1], representing 
     orientation of the "Cheops reference frame". 

     The inertial reference frame for these constants is J2000, which is
     the default reference frame for PCK orientation data. The epoch of
     the constants is J2000 (Julian ephemeris date (JED) 2451545.0).
 
     According to [1] these constants have a short applicability period:

        The following definition of reference frames and rotation
        parameters is based upon analyses of images that have been
        acquired during August and September 2014. Thus, and
        particularly because of the unpredictable stability of the
        rotation of a comet nucleus, the relevance of all definitions
        is limited to this time period and will be subject to
        continuing investigations and further refinements.
