                                 records, an integer (no quotation marks)

   ^SPICE_KERNEL                 Actual file name to which this label
                                 applies, "msl_surf_ra_tlmenc_0000_0089_v1.bc"

   MISSION_NAME                  "MSL" for the MSL project

   SPACECRAFT_NAME               "MSL" for the MSL rover

   SPACECRAFT_CLOCK_START_COUNT  Spacecraft clock data stop time.
                                 This is treated as a string, and
                                 should be contained in quotes. Format

   TARGET_NAME                   "MARS".

   INSTRUMENT_NAME               an instrument name (when applicable)

   SOURCE_PRODUCT_ID             Brief description of the input data that
