The test would set the threshold floor value at four different settings for an orbit each, then reset the floor value to its nominal state. The final parameter update was issued three times to ensure that it took effect and the contingency plan of radiating a cold-start command would not have to be executed. The floor settings were: 1999-157T16:33 Parameter FLOOR[0] set to 245 1999-157T18:31 Parameter FLOOR[0] set to 200 1999-157T20:28 Parameter FLOOR[0] set to 155 1999-157T22:26 Parameter FLOOR[0] set to 110 1999-158T00:24 Parameter FLOOR[0] set to 10 1999-158T00:25 Parameter FLOOR[0] set to 10 1999-158T00:26 Parameter FLOOR[0] set to 10 Each setting took effect successfully and data collection was not adversely affected.
