The station SPK, transfer format SPK, and comment files   

   earthstns_fx_260717.bsp
   earthstns_fx_260717.cmt
   earthstns_fx_260717.xsp
   earthstns_itrf93_260717.bsp
   earthstns_itrf93_260717.cmt
   earthstns_itrf93_260717.xsp

contained an error in the location of the DSN station DSS-33: the 
sign of the X-coordinate was positive. This error did not appear 
in the source data location table cited in the files' comments,
but it was present in the files' data.

This error has been corrected in the corresponding files

   earthstns_fx_260814.cmt
   earthstns_fx_260814.xsp
   earthstns_itrf93_260814.bsp
   earthstns_itrf93_260814.cmt
   earthstns_itrf93_260814.xsp

Because the superseded files were incorrect rather than just 
out of date, they have not been saved in the a_old_versions path.

The associated station FK has been corrected.
