The station topocentric frame kernel 

   earth_topo_260717.tf 

contained an erroneous frame specification for the 
station DSS-33. The station location on which this
specification was based was incorrect: the sign of the 
X-coordinate was positive. This error did not appear 
in the source data location table cited in the file's 
comments, but it was present in the file's data.

The associated station SPK, transfer format SPK, and comment files   

   earthstns_fx_260717.bsp
   earthstns_fx_260717.cmt
   earthstns_fx_260717.xsp
   earthstns_itrf93_260717.bsp
   earthstns_itrf93_260717.cmt
   earthstns_itrf93_260717.xsp

also reflected the DSS-33 station location error.

This error has been corrected in the station frame kernel

   earth_topo_260814.tf 

and in all of corresponding station SPK, transfer format SPK,
and comment files dated
