If you have a problem that you can't figure out on your own, you can send it
to NAIF at the e-mail address given below. However, please send Percy's log
file along with a description of the problem. The log file allows us to
reproduce the problem. We may also need to request a copy of the kernels you
were using at the time you experienced the problem.
