Summary

   This "aareadme.txt" file describes the contents of the "kernels/sclk"
   directory of the PHSRM SPICE data server. It also provides the file
   naming conventions used for the PHSRM SCLK kernels, instructions for
   getting additional information about a SCLK file, and contact
   information for PHSRM SCLK producers.

File Naming Conventions

   The PHSRM SCLK files provided in this directory are named as follows

      phsrm_YYMMDDHRMN.tsc

   where 

      YYMMDDHRMN is the production date and time.
