Summary -------------------------------------------------------- This "aareadme.txt" file describes the contents of the "kernels/pck" directory of the PHSRM SPICE data server. It also provides the file naming conventions used for the PHSRM PCK kernels, instructions for getting additional information about a PCK file, and contact information for PHSRM PCK producers. Directory Contents -------------------------------------------------------- This directory contains the following files and subdirectories: pck00009.tpc latest generic PCK file containing data from 2006 IAU report. earth_070425_370426_predict.bpc predicted high-precision Earth orientation PCK file. former_versions Subdirectory containing obsolete versions of the PCK files and other files used for creating PCK. aareadme_en.txt This file. aareadme_ru.txt This file in Russian. File Naming Conventions -------------------------------------------------------- The generic PCK files provided in this directory are named as follows pckVVVVV.tls where VVVVV is the version (e.g. 00009) The generic predicted high precision Earth orientation PCK files provided in this directory are named as follows earth_YYMMDD_YYMMD_predict.bpc where YYMMDD are coverage start and stop dates. The PHSRM specific Phobos constants text PCK files provided in this directory are named as follows phsrm_YYMMDD[_vNN].tpc where YYMMDD is the release date _vNN is the optional version; usually omited.
