It was provided to allow computation of the Planet-B (Nozomi) heliocentric longitude and range as of Jan 01, 2000 for use in a Planetary Society chart. This file supposedly includes the two near-earth burns made in December to inject the spacecraft out of earth orbit. The first of these burns--planned for earth periapsis--was well under plan, and the second was quickly executed to achieve an orbit that would eventually get Nozomi to Mars, but now in January, 2004. This file also supposedly contains the planned effect of a clean-up burn to be done in February 1999 to get closer to the planned heliocentric orbit needed to reach MArs in 2004.
