SPICE Data for NEW HORIZONS

     Operational SPICE data for NEW HORIZONS are produced by and reside at
     the NEW HORIZONS Mission Operations Center at the Applied Physics
     Laboratory (APL) of the John Hopkins University (JHU). These data
     are not made available to NAIF and, therefore, are not present on
     the NAIF server.

     Instead, NAIF receives from the mission the archived NEW HORIZONS PDS
     SPICE Data Set, in increments with some delay, as specified in the
     mission archiving plan, and makes this data set available in the
     following location on the NAIF server:
