KPL/PCK

This PCK defines Jupiter shape as a sphere with the radius 66854 km, which
is its actual polar radius, to allow WebGeocalc Angular Separation 
calculations for times when Juno is closer to Jupiter than Jupiter's
equatorial radius used for the sphere as the default, e.g. PJ73.
