Orientation Data in the File -------------------------------------------------------- This file contains fixed orientation for the JUNO Solar Array frames with respect to the corresponding Solar Arrays hinge frames: JUNO_SA1 (ID -61011) with respect to JUNO_SA1_HINGE (ID -61010) JUNO_SA2 (ID -61021) with respect to JUNO_SA2_HINGE (ID -61020) JUNO_SA3 (ID -61031) with respect to JUNO_SA3_HINGE (ID -61030) The orientations provided in this file are for the "zero" position when the frames in each pair are co-aligned. Status -------------------------------------------------------- This file is a special CK file intended for testing purposes. It provides the transformation chain link between the pairs of frames mentioned above assuming that the Solar Array are in the non-articulated position during the whole window covered by the file. Pedigree -------------------------------------------------------- This file was generated manually by running MSOPCK program on the input containing fixed "zero" rotations between the pair of frames listed above. Approximate Time Coverage -------------------------------------------------------- This file contains three type 2 CK segments, each containing a single fixed orientation data point. Each segment covers from the start time to the stop time specified in the segment summary in Appendix 1 below. The start time is a few days before the earliest launch date; while the end time is are few days after the latest end-of-mission date. Usage Note -------------------------------------------------------- In order to use this file a JUNO SCLK file, containing coefficients mapping JUNO on-board time to ET, standard LSK file, providing UTC to ET mapping, and JUNO Frame Definitions file must be loaded into a user's program.
