     with respect to its landing site 'INSIGHT_LANDING_SITE' (NAIF ID
     -189900) as zero translation vector fixed at all times covered by
     the file.
 
     The purpose of this file is to provide a link giving closure to
     the "Mars center - Landing site - Lander" SPK chain.
 
     The coverage of this file is set to start at the landing time
     2018-11-26T19:46:28.6820 UTC for the landing site 2016 Baseline
     Elysium Planitia Site E9o, Rev 2 (areocentric lon 135.970, lat
     4.460 deg, radius 3393.036 km) for the ``open of launch period''
