     This ``aareadme.txt'' file describes contents of the kernels/pck
     directory of the DAWN SPICE data server. It was last modified on

Brief summary
--------------------------------------------------------
 
     This directory contains the SPICE Planetary Constants Kernel files for
     the DAWN mission. All files are in IEEE text format and must be copied
     using ftp ASCII transfer to any non-UNIX workstation. The following
     files are present in this directory. (Only file names are shown; the
     file name extensions of the text PCK files are always ``.tpc''):
 
           pckNNNNN         The generic SPICE PCK file(s);
 
           dawn_ceres_v00   SPICE PCK file(s) providing shape, size and
                            orientation constants for asteroid Ceres;
 
           dawn_vesta_v00   SPICE PCK file(s) providing shape, size and
                            orientation constants for asteroid Vesta;
 
     If multiple versions of generic or special PCK Kernel file are
     provided, always use the latest version (unless earlier version is
     needed for some special reasons.)
