[Spice_discussion] SpiceyPy 5.1.0 is now available.

Hello fellow guild navigators!

SpiceyPy 5.1.0 has been released and is now available on PyPI. It will likely be available on the conda-forge within the next few hours.

This release adds a majority of new functions from CSPICE N67 to SpiceyPy. A list of the new functions that were added is included in the change log.

As a reminder, SpiceyPy was peer-reviewed and published by The Journal of Open Source Software (JOSS).
