[Spice_discussion] Source of ToolKit program spk2oem, etc.

Hi all,

As I had mentioned in a recent email, I got SPICE C Library to work successfully on Apple M1 (arm64) platform.

I wish to use the toolkit programs that are not distributed as part of the CSPICE package, such as spk2oem too.
As far as I can tell, while I can get the executables of these programs off NAIF website, I could not get the source of these other programs. The ROSETTA2 emulator of MacOS is supposed to execute these Intel executables via emulation, but it rejects them as its protection against malware does not recognise the developer, and hence refuses to work in emulation.

Is there a link in NAIF web-site where I can get the source for these executable programs and their Makefile, that are not included as part of the CSPICE source distribution, please? I would compile them natively in arm64 with clang. Thanks!

- Manikantan.
