Thank you for replaying.

I have already read all requirements guides but I can create a working file. A useful example could be the file used to generate the earth high fidelity ITRF93 provided by NAIF.

I do not know where I get wrong:
chebyshev coefficients?
Angular quantities?

Thanks to anyone could help me.
