[Spice_discussion] tool like SPKMERGE for BCK files?

Is there a utility like SPKMERGE that works on *.bck camera kernels? 
I've got a tool that generates spacecraft attitude data one phase per 
*.bck file and I'd like to merge the phases together into one file. The 
*.bck data is all for the same instrument, all in the same frame, with 
no overlapping times.

I tried using TOXFR to convert the *.bck files to *.xfr format, 
concatenating the text files together, and then using TOBIN to convert 
the result back to binary, but that doesn't seem to work.
