[Spice_discussion] Using Icy in IDL 6.3 under Windows

Is it possible to run Icy with IDL 6.3 on a computer with the 64-bit version of 
IDL installed?  I know that in Unix one can simply use the -32 switch when 
invoking IDL, but I'm not sure this is possible under Windows.
