Subject: [Spice_announce] New WebGeocalc Version 2.4.0

NAIF is pleased to announce the deployment of the new WebGeocalc version 
2.4.0 (5158 N67 10-MAY-2022) on both NAIF's WebGeocalc servers:

     https://wgc.jpl.nasa.gov:8443/    (GUI only)
     https://wgc2.jpl.nasa.gov:8443/   (GUI and Web API)

This new version:

     *  adds a new Phase Angle calculation both in GUI and in the
        Web API

     *  updates Kernel File Browser dialog box to be resizable

     *  add TT (as synonym to TDT) in all time input/output widgets
