The files provided in this directory are listed below: inspekt.asc is an INSPEKT startup script containing example kernel load commands and INSPEKT configuration. It also includes queries that were found to be useful during the mission. inspekt.lbl is the PDS label for inspekt.asc document. seqgen_users_guide.pdf is the seqgen software user's guide defines the subsystem status parameters provided in the CASSINI_STATUS table. seqgen_users_guide.asc is the text version of above document. seqgen_users_guide.lbl is the PDS label for seqgen users guide documents. sis_ek_001_revc.pdf is the software interface specification that defines the tables, their columns and the relationship between tables. sis_ek_001_revc.asc is the text version of above document. sis_ek_001_revc.lbl is the PDS label for EK SIS documents. Usage Note ============== The INSPEKT SPICE utility program script "inspekt.asc" eases the viewing of the contents of Cassini SPICE Event Kernel (EK) files by defining multiple macro commands for extracting data from the EK files. They are designed to provide examples which can be used as a guide for the user to create custom macros. Starting the INSPEKT program -------------------------------------------------------- Prompt> inspekt -start inspekt.asc or Prompt> inspekt Inspekt> start inspekt.asc; Note: 1) Commands may extend over multiple lines but ALL commands must end with a semi-colon. 2) To leave the program type "exit;". 3) To get a summary of commands type "help;". What does the "inspekt.asc" script contain? -------------------------------------------------------- It contains a set of INSPEKT commands that could be typed and executed from INSPEKT's command line interactively. All these commands are executed by Inspekt when the script is loaded. Commands in the "inspekt.asc" script can be divided into four categories.
