While called "URA090" in the release form, this is actually a re-release of the URA090 solution. It contains a few more data points for one of the satellites, but more importantly, it uses a different step size in the integrator. This new version, called URA090_1 in the SPICE SPK form, is said to be a slightly better solution, and is the one that has been formally published by Jacobson et al. C.
