Comments:
Update of the Martian satellite ephemerides to include recent Earthbased
observations and Mars Express observations.  Also Viking and Phobos 2 tracking
data was fit to determine the masses of Phobos and Deimos.  The dynamical model 
has been extended to include the Phobos longitude libration.
