Comments: E5 theory rotated to J2000.  File created for general use, but
should not be used to support spacecraft integrations which have have close
satellite flybys (i.e. Galileo).  See J.H. Lieske for ephemeris accuracy
information.  Modelling accuracy is no better than 20 km.  All dynamical
parameters on the file are consistent with the E5 theory.  File size is
17209344 bytes.
