[Spice_discussion] IO.Astrodynamics and Cosmographia integration

Hello to all,
A new version of IO.Astrodynamics (.Net) has been released (v1.6.1).
This release can generate Cosmographia files from a user created mission.

What's IO.Astrodynamics ?
IO.Astrodynamics is an open-source and cross-platform personal project that wraps and extends Spice.
